Question 1

Is this real billing yet?

Accepted Answer

Yes — self-serve checkout runs on real Dodo billing. Solo and Team start with a 14-day free trial (your card is authorized but not charged until day 14); Institution plans charge immediately at checkout.

Question 2

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Account → Billing.

Question 3

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every Solo or Team plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and you're all set to access SENTn right away with no immediate charge. You'll only be charged your chosen plan's monthly subscription at the end of the trial, unless you cancel before then. Prefer to explore without any commitment? The Free plan is always available too.

Question 4

What's the difference between Solo and Team?

Accepted Answer

They're the same core builder toolset (Discover, Venture Roadmaps, PDF export, Global Build Ledger) at increasing seat counts and collaboration features — Team adds Team Chat and up to 5 seats.
