SENTn privacy policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information SENTn collects and how we use it.

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. We also collect basic usage data to improve the product. We do not collect or store payment card details.

We use your name and email to send product messages, billing notices, and support replies. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

YouTube API Services

SENTn uses YouTube API Services to upload original SENTn-produced videos (YouTube Shorts) to a YouTube channel that an authorized SENTn administrator connects.

By connecting or using YouTube functionality through SENTn, you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

SENTn currently requests only the OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload. The YouTube Data API method used is videos.insert. SENTn does not request access to your YouTube watch history, comments, analytics, subscriber lists, or other people's videos.

Authorized data stored by SENTn: an OAuth refresh token used to obtain short-lived access tokens for uploads, plus metadata of videos SENTn uploads (such as video ID, title, and privacy status). Tokens are stored in Google Secret Manager, not in public pages.

You can revoke SENTn's Google/YouTube access at any time in your Google Account third-party app permissions. Revoking access does not delete videos already on YouTube.
